With over decade of hands-on experience in the non-profit sector, I have led financial management processes in both grassroots initiatives and large international organizations. I’ve built and overseen transparent financial systems, ensured donor compliance, managed complex budgets, and supported internal audits and reporting across multiple countries. My expertise lies in developing clear, practical financial procedures that help organizations stay accountable, sustainable, and ready for growth.

With over 12 years in the NGO world, I bring a journey that began in grassroots activism in Ukraine and now spans partnerships with regional and global organizations across multiply countries. My work is rooted in real-life experience — from building organizations from scratch to designing strategies, policies, governance models, and fundraising systems that actually work. I’m deeply passionate about sustainable NGO development — so much so that I’m pursuing a PhD focused on it. But where theory often stays on paper, I’m here to turn it into practical support for those making change on the ground
